Sweet Dessert

Hunnies,

Everybody knows that I have been in US for a lilttle over than 2 months and that I love to cook (what is kind of obvious for the ones who like to eat well) and one of my most famous dessert is the Black and White Brigadeirao...and since I have share the recepy on the other blog that I am cooperating (virandogringa.blogspot.com) why not to put on here...

So lets go:

What we gonna need:
- 2 cans of Condensed Milk (the best one is La Hechera from Nestle)
- Chocolate Powder (the best for this is Nesquick with less sugar)
- 1 medium spoon of Butter
- 3 eggs (only the white part)
- Sugar (3 small coffee cups)
- 2 cans of Cream Milk (this you can find on Hispanic market - Crema de Leche Nestle)
- A lil liquid Vanilla

First Part (the base):
Melt the butter in a pan and then add the condensed milk and the chocolate. Mix it until you have a medium dark brown mixture. This part will be ready when you will be able to see the bottom of the pan while you mix it or if you bend a lil the pan for one of the sides and all the mixture come out. Then you put this part on a glass pirex so we can do the second part.

The top part:
First mix the white eggs part util it becomes consistant (that you can put up side down and will not fall). Then you add the sugar, the cream and the vanilla and mix until appear bubble on the surface.

Then you put the white part over the black one and put inside the freezer for a few hours until the white part become hard. Now it is ready to serve...

I wish you have a delicious and pleasure moment!!!
