Broil Meat or Carne Moida a Brasileira!!!

Saudades is such a thing! And because of that I cooked the broil meat in a Brazilian Style, nothing that dry, but also that does not need to put water or fill with oil.

The recipe is very easy, so lets check it out!

What we gonna need:

  •  Broil Meat
  • One onion
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 smoked sausage (I used the chicken one since has less fat and sodium)
  • Italian Herbs, parsley, mint and garlic
How we make it:
  1.  The most important thing is the seasoning. We must season the meat and let it rest for at least 30 minutes. How to season? Easy, chop the onion (half of it), tomato and the pepper and mix with the meat. Add the italian herbs, parsley and mint.
  2. On a fry pan you will put a little of olive oil, the rest of the onion and the tomato(chopped) and garlic.
  3. Add the sausage when the onion starts to get golden. Stir.
  4. Now we add the meat and stir. Do not cook on high or the meat will get all together.
  5. Keep mixing the meat with a fork to let it break in small pieces. Add black pepper. 
  6. Let it cook until the meat look kind of brown.
  7. Now it is perfect to serve with some rice, smash potato and banana. Or you can put on the top of a pasta too.
